Indiashines is purely a network which is based on maintaining a healthy contact with friends under safe conditions. Also, we have a philanthropic cause to it: to involve the society in donating for charity. Indiashines strongly recommends the parents to educate their children about the dangers that they may come across online and to make sure that their children are interacting online within safe limits. In case, the parent is concerned about anything, it is recommended to install monitoring software to check their online activities. They have to tell their children to strictly follow the rules and safety tips suggested on this page. And in case of any violation or inappropriate communication received by them, they should report to you and us.

We take the maximum effort to keep the site clean and healthy however there are chances that you might come across illegal, offensive, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate material. Consequently, you may encounter such content and conduct. You can help Indiashines by notifying us of any nudity or pornography, or harassment or unwelcome contact.

Indiashines will use best efforts to remove the offending content or conduct and to warn or, as appropriate, to bar from the site those transmitting such content or engaging in such conduct within 24 hours of receiving your complaint. Where complaints about nudity or pornography, or harassment or unwelcome contact are made by independent email to abuse@indiashines.com, Indiashines will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and begin addressing your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. Indiashines will report back to you within 72 hours of receiving your email complaint to inform you of the steps Indiashines has taken to address the complaint.

If you encounter any suspicious people or inappropriate content on our site, please report to us to take the necessary actions. If you are less than 18 years of age, then it’s advisable that you report to your parent or a responsible adult immediately if you come across any such inappropriate conversations or persons.

Also, it is highly risky to meet someone in the real world who you know only through online communications. There are very high chances that they are using fake names and may not be the actual person they claim to be. You should be careful about who you make friends with online!
