NEUE HAMBURGER TERRASSEN is an international structure that will be promoted by IBA HAMBURG in an international exhibition in 2013. This project includes a five story corner building with reference to the typology of the social and workers residences to restore a contemporary version. It is a series of housing block in the shape of “U” with external green spaces. Each block has multi-story single family houses with common parking facility. The design of these blocks is unique and very attractive.
